There's an alarming new trend that's rolling out in fashion, and we all want it to come into play in our fashion wardrobes this season. It's the simplicity of nude shades, the clean lined aesthetics, and the ongoing appreciation for clothes that fit our bodies to a T. It's a look of an Instagram 'baddie' - the girl who's got her own thing and owns it, the type of girl who has the confidence to flaunt it and isn't scared of what the big internet world says about her.
As we're young girls living on a budget, it's hard to achieve this look that Kylie Jenner seemingly started. The corporation of sneakers and dresses, the odd but perfect marriage of cropped pants and heels, and the unification of bomber jackets and bodysuits (to put it simply, its the unique blend of sports luxe, without looking too much of Sporty Spice!).
At first glance, it's a style that we all kinda think might have to take a lot of our $$$ but I am here to give you the quick and easy (and affordable) 101 on how to slay it like pro.
Step 1) The 'Taylor Luxe' pants. SHOP IT HERE.
Get versatile, and clean cut pants, that is both comfortable (to spend the day in) and detailed enough to make it different from your basic generic pants. As seen on our babe, @taliacupcake white pants are the way to go for this look, but don't be afraid to turn it up in navy or even in nude! Pairing it up with sneakers, or heels can instantly turn this pair of pants, day to night.
Step 2) The 'Oversized Tee' dress.
Dresses are possibly the most comfortable fashion item for a girl. You've got enough room to move in, and they're the perfect piece for ANY season (which makes it the PERFECT travel essential!) And what's more better than an oversized tee dress?! I swear, if there is ONE thing you need in your wardrobe for this year, it SHOULD be this.
Step 3) The 'Kengi' Crop.
To any girl these days, the name 'Kengi' is not unknown - the killer duo of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid. Just like these two girls, this crop is a fierce top, that holds the perfect balance of girliness and edginess. With a simple wrap and twist, this top is the key to taking a typical outfit, onto the next level.
